Is this course only for beginners?

In this course we assume everyone is a begginer in terms of how we approach the subject. But there is plenty of material for people who are already into meditation, refreshing some concepts and even bringing new knowledge to the table!

How is this course different from other PLT courses?

In this course practice is emphasized. Daily routines that we'll be doing will be gradually added upon to increase bliss, vitality and inspiration.

Previous courses were more centered on knowledge whereas on this one we are striving for a dynamic balance of knowledge with action and interaction!

How much time do I need to dedicate for this course?

Since the course has direct implications on our daily routines, in the beggining the ammount of time goes from 30 daily minutes (a sum of meditation, yoga ásanas and study) and gradually increase those times. But it is not overwhelming, we have a gradual approach so that everyone can enjoy it properly on a particular rythm that makes us move together!
